About The Role
The Product Designer will be responsible for visioning, creating, testing, and launching a valuable suite of tools on our platform.
Beyond your design work, you'll gain leadership responsibilities early on as we grow the team and close customers. You'll be involved in scaling the product, the team, and the entire company.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product design, from user research to design direction to polished designs to tweaking pixels
- Define the overall experience strategy of the product and be the champion of the user
- Partner with product engineers, product managers and other cross-functional team members on executing against the product roadmap
- Analyze and update user experience artifacts based on user feedback and product analytics
- You’ll help define our product design vision and collaborate with the leadership team on the overall direction of our product
- You’ll collaborate with the business and customer development teams to incorporate user feedback into new flows and interfaces and help us decide what to build, not just how to build it
- You’ll iterate on product designs with our technical teams and work closely with them to understand all the technical functionality and constraints of the application
- You’ll keep our design team up-to-date on the latest methodologies and trends

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
- A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
- Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
- Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
Nice to have
- BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical degrees
- You enjoy playing a part in product management and road mapping occasionally
- You'll enjoy brand design related projects in this role
- Comfort working in high growth, constantly changing environment
