About the job

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a designated member(s) of the Company's Management Team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate, manage and maintain the Executive’s calendar and daily schedule
  • Screen incoming correspondence and calls and make preliminary decisions as to appropriate action
  • Manage logistics for internal and external meetings including, but not limited to, the following: scheduling conference rooms, preparing agendas, managing the collection and production of meeting materials, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and tracking and reporting on status of action items and deliverables
  • Compose, proofread and edit correspondence, prepare letters, and memos
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Ensure expense reports and purchase orders are completed accurately, within budget limits and approved within the system
  • Utilize the company's internal software system and corporate resources to find new, innovative ways to improve efficiency
  • Monitor deadlines and manage communications with direct reports
  • Research various topics and prepare reports
  • Manage special projects
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy

  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $67,000-83,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits.
