Job Description:

CareSignal is looking to add an Account Success Associate to join our growing team. The Account Success Associate is a driven team-player, passionate about collaboration, excited to provide excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders. Project managing tasks as needed and having a proactive can-do attitude is essential to thrive in this role. This position plays a fundamental role in supporting our Partners throughout the customer lifecycle. Awesome people skills and a great attitude are a must!

What you’ll do (but not limited to):

  • Assist CareSignal Account Managers to facilitate quick & timely Partner follow-ups to provide amazing customer support
  • Project manage internal & external initiatives. Ensuring stakeholders meet deadlines and provide project accountability.
  • Creating project timelines and targeting the “critical path” to ensure overall success
  • Assist in On-Boarding & Implementation of new customers on to the CareSignal Platform, assist in on-going trainings as needed & manage new partner creative collateral
  • Review patient/member lists/data & uploads for outreach via our internal Varys out-bound dialer system
  • Help build and strengthen Partner relationships by addressing and resolving any Partner issues that may arise and increasing general customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the creation of slide-deck presentation, partner charters, weekly status updates or other tasks as needed
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of the company business model to help answer Account Success related questions

Qualifications

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Multi-tasking skills & can-do attitude (You like to wear a lot of different hats and love being a team player!)
  • You know how to manage projects, keeping stake holders accountable
  • You know Microsoft Excel and are willing to learn how to scrub data
  • A positive, flexible, confident, sincere and friendly disposition with exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to solve problems & to think quickly on your feet
  • Flexibility & a willingness to learn. We’re growing and evolving and so will this role, but you’re down to come along for the ride
  • An eye for detail
