Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform Lever system management. Support related system integrations as needed.
  • Create, schedule, and distribute Talent Acquisition reports as needed.
  • Support TA Partners to review, screen, schedule, and close candidates.
  • Manage pre-employment screening vendor, process, and compliance.
  • Provide global support for offer letters and onboarding
  • Partner internally to develop and enhance the Firstup Careers website, and other employment branding outlets to improve user experience, candidate journey, and brand nuances.
  • Lead the implementation of new enhancements and workflows into the ATS system (Lever) to build out the optimal structure, utilization of the platform, and tracking and reporting capabilities.
  • Assist with candidate communications and experience from the first touchpoint through onboarding, ensuring that all external recruiting content is on-brand and high-quality.
  • Support partnerships with key stakeholders across the Talent Acquisition team, marketing, corporate communications, and external vendors to define and execute winning talent acquisition and employment branding strategies and plans.
  • Analyze and deliver critical performance data that demonstrates the impact of talent acquisition investments and campaigns
  • Assist with recruiter scheduling needs, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Proactively identify and take action on areas of improvement through to completion.
  • Manage multiple requests with a sense of urgency and strong adherence to the process, while prioritizing customer service.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another related field of study, or commensurate experience
  • At least two years of previous Recruiting or Human Resources experience
  • Prior experience with ATS systems is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in G Suite or Microsoft Office software.
  • Outstanding client service skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A people-first mindset, with a proven skill for prioritizing people over process
  • Flexible and able to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Exercises sound and ethical business judgment while displaying professional behavior.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
