Reporting to our Manager of Customer Success, the Customer Success Analyst, Middle Office will be responsible for working directly with our customers to optimize their workflow and usage of the Bullhorn Middle Office solution (time & expense, invoicing, payroll). You will work closely and collaboratively with our product, sales, services & support departments to ensure customers are effectively leveraging the Bullhorn One solution to increase product adoption and measure customer outcomes.

A typical day will include...

Working with customers to understand their middle office workflows and processes

Providing recommendations and best practices in time and expense, invoicing & payroll

Developing action plans for clients that align with their strategic objectives, outline success factors for contract renewal, and promote positive reference-ability.

Serving as an advisor to customers on new product features & releases

Acting as a liaison between customer and other departments to collaborate on specific sales opportunities, customer-related projects, or critical issue escalations.

Serving as the voice of the customer for our Bullhorn One product

This role is a fit for you if...

You have a proven track record of 1-2 years managing client relationships in the human capital space, preferably in time & expense and payroll (middle office & back office functions).

You have a track record of successfully executing against key performance indicators

You have exposure to the middle and back office systems such as Peoplenet (Bullhorn Time & Expense), Kronos, ADP, Paychex, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, Workday, etc.

You have Previous consulting, customer success or staffing experience

You have experience in SAAS industry especially in time and expense space
