Benefits & Perks

  • At this time, we offer pay on a weekly basis via PayPal or Wise.com, but preferability Wise.com for ease of payments.
  • Starting 30 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year. These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
  • We offer a “13th month” salary in December, which results in doubling the salary during the month of December.
  • For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of $250 USD depending on experience, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week. During training the first few week's hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $ 1,000 USD. For highly skilled applicants, this can be negotiated upon completion of the application!

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multilingual Support Specialist to join our growing international team. As the Multilingual Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience, managing customer and social interactions, while providing cultural and linguistic support for the eCommerce, Paid Social and Copywriting teams. This position requires fluency in German languages (Native level), French and/or Spanish. Exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer-centric practices across various platforms. Your ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in achieving our business objectives and fostering a positive brand reputation internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multilingual Customer Support Specialist:
  • Respond to customer inquiries received by email through Kustomer in customer’s native language.
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
  • Collaborate with CX teams to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service in all supported languages.
  • CX-Social Management:
  • Monitor and manage social media platforms in different languages to respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly.
  • Cultivate positive customer interactions and build brand loyalty through engaging and informative social media responses.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to align CX-Social strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Cultural and Linguistic Support
  • Assist in creating a Knowledge Base of Key Product Names
  • Review and provide feedback for product pages, advertisements, and copy.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • Fluency in multiple languages either Native or CFER C1 in German, French and/or Spanish.
  • Previous experience in customer service, social media management, and translation.
  • Experience with CRM platform such as Kustomer, Gorgias, Zendesk.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, and all supported languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Agora Pulse or Sprout.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for languages, cultures, and international market trends is a plus.
