The product analyst works in collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers and designers, to help ensure that the product offers and provides value to the customers, in line with the business strategy. The product analyst will analyse both product and market data to understand how to improve the product and delight users.

About The Job

• Be obsessed by customer problems and business opportunities, defining, and analysing metrics around the product.
• Support product managers in the ideation, development and launch of innovative products.
• Define metrics, or use existing ones, and monitor them to evaluate if the product direction is consistent with business and customer expectations.
• Integrate quantitative data, usability studies, research and market analyses into reports that will help driving the most valuable product decisions.
• Perform the initial product analysis to assess the need for any requested changes/improvements as well as their potential impact.
• Support product managers with functional documentation.

About You

• Experience in day-to-day collaboration with technical and design professionals.
• Basic knowledge of Agile and Scrum in a Product/Design role.
• Preferred experience developing e-commerce products, technologies and platforms.
• Preferred experience in the travel industry.
• Basic Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Basic knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Enjoy experimenting with data.
• Logical thinking.
• Proactive idea sharing combined with out-of-the-box thinking.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with analytics and data analysis.
• Presentation.
• Ability to learn fast in a complex environment.
• Experience in project management or business analysis.
• Solid experience in web applications, e-commerce and/or media products.
