The role:

Title - Business Development Associate (BDA)

The BDA role is the gateway to Convertros' rapid paced sales career path. Starting on the frontlines, engaging humans over the phone, our BDAs are the revenue drivers for our clients. Engaging in thousands of conversations per month, BDAs are in control of both their weekly paycheck and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling 2+ appointments per hour

Our clients entrust Convertros with their leads. Your responsibility will be to convert as many of those opportunities into appointments as possible. BDAs own the engagement outcomes of thousands of inquiries from brands around the world.

Advancement:

Merit not time based promotions

We believe that top performers should be entrusted with the most responsibility. Rapidly take on client and team leadership roles, regardless of your past experience. Convertros is an advanced sales training ground for aspiring business owners and corporate leaders.

100% Weekly commissions
