Hero is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented executive assistant. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, well organized, proactive, and can operate independently within a fast-paced environment. This role will support Hero's global leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage leaders' calendars by regularly monitoring and adjusting calendars as needed while being available for last-minute changes
  • Support Hero leadership with various administrative duties including but not limited to calendar management, meeting coordination, ad-hoc project support, etc.
  • Responsible for organizing and managing every aspect of various events.
  • Provide administrative support for company-wide initiatives such as all company meetings, yearly summits, etc.
  • Organize cross-departmental leadership meetings as needed
  • Quickly execute against external meeting requests
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the team (when safe to do so)
  • Support the People team with initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, and other areas as needed
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years prior relevant experience, supporting Senior-Level Executives, preferred
  • Proven success in the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Flexible and willing to support as needed, primarily working US east coast hours
  • Exceptional communications skills (both verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and be proactive
  • Experience supporting People team functions a plus
  • Detail oriented and reliable
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
