Job Summary: The REMOTE Associate Digital Product Manager is responsible for identifying digital product experience improvement opportunities, contributing to a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs, and collaborating with a development team to execute that roadmap. This position synthesizes stakeholder feedback, data, and best practices to execute the product strategy, leads the day-to-day management of those features/functions/experiences, initiates and proposes projects, and coordinates release events. This role works closely with a cross-functional team of stakeholders, analysts, designers, content writers, developers, and quality control specialists.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Learn how Mattress Firm supports Sleep Experts' customer interactions through a combination of proprietary and third-party platforms.
  • Drive business outcomes by tracking, analyzing, and improving KPI’s for assigned product area.
  • Meet with internal and external stakeholders to thoroughly identify and prioritize opportunities to increase efficiencies across the business and product teams.
  • Partner with UX, Engineering, Analytics, and others to design solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate, cross-functionally, throughout the product lifecycle – drive projects to completion.
  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
  • Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

Non-Essential Responsibilities

  • Implement agile development best practices.
  • Strategically problem solve with a focus on formulating a compelling vision and strategy and translating that to substantial roadmaps and results.
  • Stay abreast of relevant emerging technologies/AI, content innovations, and ecommerce trends to inform product direction and strategy.
  • Collaborate with other product teams.
  • Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred

Professional Experience

  • 1+ Years product management experience required
  • Hands on experience working with ecommerce web platforms and third-party tools
  • Experience defining product requirements, features, and functionalities based on market insights, customer feedback, and analytics.

Competencies & Knowledge

  • Prior knowledge/experience with Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, and Azure DevOps in an eCommerce and/or physical retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging.

Pay Range

$65,000 - $70,000
