A career in People Operations, helps deliver transactional & strategic support across the human capital lifecycle. This role helps drive the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience and supporting our Firm-wide values. Our Human Resources teams support initiatives & programs across 8 enablement teams; Talent Acquisition, Deployment, Talent Center, Third party, People Operations, Mobility, People Technology, People Operations Delivery & Solutions CoE.

Demonstrates Some Abilities And/or a Proven Record Of Success Providing Operational Support For Entry Level And Experienced Recruiting Lifecycles, Preferably For a Global Network Of Professional Services Firms, Including In The Following Areas

  • Managing the onboarding lifecycle and have a proactive approach to meeting start dates;
  • Possessing ability to manage heavy emailing and communications;
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation; and,
  • Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Lotus Notes, Google and other firm sponsored web-based technologies.
