About Replit
We’re building the world’s most ubiquitous programming environment. We focus on inspiring creativity and generating value for creators through community, and we design simple yet scalable infrastructure primitives for the next generation of creators. We want to blur the line between learning and making– a place where you can hang out, tinker with ideas, learn new concepts, and launch a business all in the same day.
As a Support Engineer you are at the forefront of helping those developers create. In a given day you’ll help folks with all sorts of things ranging from general Replit usage questions, identifying and debugging issues on the platform, interacting with our community on our forum, and helping to build and maintain the tools we use.
You will work with teams all across Replit.
We use tools like Front, Linear, Slack, and Replit itself to get the job done. We also value solving the problems we can ourselves. We have a number of tools we build and maintain ourselves.
You will work on a small team of other support specialists and engineers from across North America. The role reports to the Head of Support.
