In This Job, You Will Bring These Skills

  • Experience with customer facing and/or cross functional roles preferred but not required
  • 1-2+ years of experience in the cyber security field preferred but not required
  • 1-2+ years of experience with QA preferred, but not required
  • Background in email security preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities And Deliverables

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert to perform investigations and produce customer facing content in our Proof of Value process
  • Collaborate with GTM product managers to automate certain parts of the Sales process
  • Communicate your work to key stakeholders such as Product, Data Science, and Engineering
  • Perform portal QA on POVs, pre-sync 1
  • Perform QA on Care Reports for POVs, pre-sync 1
  • Raise awareness on efficacy issues within POVs to product and engineering teams
  • Track QA findings and make recommendations on improvements based on findings
