Our Geode Health team is growing rapidly and we are in search of a Talent Sourcer. The responsibilities include using various social media platforms to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building extensive and diverse talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Job Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Recruiter(s) to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top talent
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Performs advanced sourcing including social media, internet and database mining, developing relationships with professional organizations, colleges and schools, community agencies to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions.
• Craft and send recruiting emails and messages
• In partnership with recruiter, coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and understand immediate and long-term needs
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
• Develop diverse talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Maintain database of candidates
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience with using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining, and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to handle sourcing for high volume
• Ability to positively present company and open roles to potential candidates
• Salesforce experience is a preferred

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year working experience as a TA/HR coordinator: providing administrative support to TA advisors and candidates
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
