As we continue to grow and expand our market presence, we are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to strategically position our products in the market, effectively communicate our value to our target audience, and drive sales growth.

We're looking for a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying and initiating new customer relationships and introducing the imgix platform to new organizations. As the first point of contact for new sales prospects, your mission will be to qualify and discover new opportunities, provide world class customer support, and set the sales team up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Research new potential target accounts, identify key players, generate interest and engage with potential customers in the various industries that meet imgix’s ICP criteria
  • Conduct outbound activities (including email campaigns, cold calls, and outreach via social media) to prospect, educate, and develop target accounts
  • Respond to inbound leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for further qualification and conversion into sales opportunities
  • Generate quality opportunities to enrich the sales team's pipeline and gracefully hand off conversations to the correct Account Executive to set both parties up for success
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to prioritize activities against strategic target account lists
  • Use Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping while building and maintaining data integrity

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, sales development, or sales support
  • Experience working with SaaS and B2B businesses
  • Experience with CRM systems (we use Salesforce), Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to adapt easily to new situations and eagerness to learn/contribute
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The targeted base pay range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000. In addition to base pay, the on-target earnings also consist of a significant bonus component, providing additional potential for earnings beyond the base salary. Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include equity or benefits.

imgix currently operates as a mostly remote workplace with employees distributed around the world. This role can be remote, with the option of being based in our San Francisco office as frequently as desired. Compensation: From $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
