Description

Everi is currently seeking a Data Security Analyst for our InfoSec group. If you are an IT professional trained in cyber security and you are looking for a growing company with a great work-life balance, we want to talk to you!

What Will You Be Doing?

• Evaluates systems and potential security problems that may arise, including security certification tests, penetration tests, and internal security audits.
• Ensures compliance with industry regulations, which include SOX, PCI, and RI3PA.
• Conducts risk analyses of sensitive application systems, ensuring data is secured with changes in the business environment.
• Monitor logs as well as identify and report vulnerabilities to the appropriate stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

• 0-2 years of experience as a Data Security Administrator, Data Security Analyst, or similar IT-related positions with an emphasis on cyber security.
• Familiar with a variety of security concepts, practices, and procedures, including network and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IS, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
• Experience with WAN, LAN, Voice Communications, and Windows and Unix operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Cisco configurations and experience with Cisco Routers.

Nice to have:

• Certifications focused on cyber security: Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, GIAC, GWAP, etc.
