Job Description

• Design, Build/Configure, Test, and deploy Workday functionality
• Creation or modification of calculated fields and conditional rules
• Provides functional and technical user application support, consulting more advanced technical resources as needed.
• Lead moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.
• Demonstrates specialized expertise to evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Assist in system-related tasks for special projects, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions, de-conversions, and company divestitures.
• Develops and maintains reports as requested by functional users.
• Design and facilitate training for the functionality and use of various human resources related systems and applications.
• Recommends improvements to procedures and/or process flows to reduce and eliminate processing errors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 Years of Workday configuration experience
• Proficiency in configuration of business processes and creating calculated fields and conditional rules
• Experience in creating and editing custom reports and dashboards.
• Must be able to quickly assimilate to new projects or information, and stay organized throughout multiple priorities.
