Job Summary:

The IMA Group is seeking an Operation Specialist within our Payer Services administrative systems. As a crucial member, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing of reports, invoicing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support our business objectives effectively.

This is a full-time, remote position; however, applications from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, and Washington states are not being accepted at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Format and review reports meticulously for accuracy and consistency.
• Enter case management billing details accurately into administrative systems.
• Ensure billing compliance with guidelines and accurately calculate rates.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve inconsistencies or errors promptly.
• Upload bills into the system and send processed invoices to clients daily.
• Adapt quickly to frequent process changes while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in claims processing or accounting, or two years in office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, telephone systems, scanner, facsimile, and internet usage required. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Our Payer Services Division meets the evaluation and screening needs of Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities and Employers and includes behavioral health and physical medicine specialty services, working with a wide range of organizations within the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets. Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.
