About The Role

This is an 18-month career program in which you'll join us as a Junior Business Development Representative (Jr BDR) and grow into other roles such as in Sales, Customer Success, and Product while you explore your areas of interests through additional projects.

Your day-to-day goal as a Jr BDR is to reach out to prospective customers who are not expecting your call to book initial sales meetings with one of our senior sales reps, and find a career path you are passionate about with us!

You will be:

  • Making 60+ cold calls per day to gain interest from prospective customers
  • Persuading people who weren't expecting your outreach and educating them on how our product may be able to solve their problem
  • Provided with about 70% of contacts and the rest will be up to you to source
  • Having some travel expectations to events/conferences
  • Receiving coaching from internal and external mentors

  • Overcoming failure - you may hear a lot of rejection in this sales role, so it's important to be able to overcome rejection/failure and have the resiliency to make another call
  • Working in a fast-paced environment - hospitality, etc

Compensation

$45k base + uncapped commission*

(We anticipate a successful rep to earn $65k in their first year.)
