About the Role:

  • Join our recruitment and training team of 10 with over 40 years experience at Farmfoods. We're on a mission to find great people for our shops and distribution centres, ensuring our customers get the very best service.
  • Work from home, with the occasional trip for training sessions.
  • Reporting to the Head of Recruitment & Training, you'll be at the forefront, working with various teams and ensuring we get the right match for each role.
  • You're not just filling roles; you're building lasting relationships by getting to know our shops and distribution centres.

  • Charisma? Check! Communicate confidently with a range of folks, from eager candidates to experienced hiring managers.
  • Be your own captain – organise, prioritise, and navigate your workload, especially when facing some tight deadlines.
  • Your written word? It's essential. With regular emails flying left and right, and multiple tasks on the go, we need your attention to detail on point.
  • If you've dipped your toes into distribution, retail, recruitment, or HR, that's a plus! If not, but you’re passionate and think you've got the stuff, we're all ears.
