Job Description:

Conduent is developing a brand-new Customer Engagement Center for a world-famous automotive brand specialized in electric vehicles and EV Mobility.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who as a Claims Processing Specialist will support the client in their claims and order processing activities.

What we offer you:

  • Initial 3 month fixed term contract
  • Start date: 2 nd October 2023
  • Work From Home from anywhere within the UK
  • Training provided (Monday to Friday)

What is important in your job:

  • Review submitted claims and orders,
  • Cross-check claims and orders with existing cases in the available systems,
  • Obtain and verify information in the available systems regarding the submitted claims and orders,
  • Check and clarify discrepancies in invoice with provider and obtain correct invoice,
  • Process the claims and orders according to the procedures in available systems,
  • Support process analysis to identify possible process improvements,
  • Meet and comply with Conduent and client’s procedures, KIPs, and SLAs,
  • Collaborate on project activities to ensure deliverables are completed within the set deadlines,
  • Share experience and knowledge with other team members to increase the quality of performance,
  • Respond to e-mail/phone inquiries in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner following adapted procedures,
  • Perform the ad-hoc tasks delegated by the Team Leader.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • English language at C1 level
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role – basic knowledge of finance and accounting processes,
  • Experience in reading and interpreting invoices (Case, Tax IDs, Service details, VAT, Amounts-Currency, Re-imbursement amounts etc.),
  • MS Office (Excel) skills are essential, SAP and CRM are desirable,
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or related area is preferred.
