As our Treasury Analyst (Associate level) will process day-to-day tasks such as reviewing daily cash, execute wire payments, and act as a security administrator across various banking platforms. This position reports to the Treasury Manager and will be a key contributor to the Treasury organization.
Every day you will:
· Manage, maintain, and enhance daily cash management.
· Monitor daily cash position, ensuring timely funding of accounts.
· Initiate wire processing and settlement of Treasury payments including file retention of payments.
· Prepare and be SME for weekly cash forecast.
· Maintain user access and perform quarterly audit of users.
· Drive automation and increase efficiency.
· Manage banking operations with attention to detail (i.e., template maintenance and creation, payment initiation, and user access on banking platforms). Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures, including identifying and implementing improvements to mitigate risk and streamline processes as well as ensuring procedures are updated.
· Assist accounting with monthly reporting processes (i.e., pull bank statements, and assist with transaction research).
· Maintain bank account list and signers.
· Assist other departments as needed as liaison with banks.
· Other duties as assigned.
To thrive in this role you must have:
· 1-3 years Treasury experience and/or
· BA or BS – preferably in finance or economics
· MS Office skills required / Proficient Excel skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across the organization.
· Ability to perform ad hoc process improvement projects.
· Demonstrated critical conceptual and intellectual skills.
· Demonstrated ability to identify potential risks associated with a proposed business initiative and recommend alternative actions.
· Experience in Healthcare industry helpful.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $50,448.00 - $70,204.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
