Our Newest Opportunity:

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, and performing HR functions for multiple external clients.

Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to)

  • Work with multiple vendors and processes payroll transactions. Systems may include ADP, PayChex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, and Kronos.
  • Processes payroll, with some supervision, and related activities including computation of wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, paycheck advances, bonus runs, commissions, fringe benefit reporting, and separation payments.
  • Assists HR Consultant and/or HR Generalist on system conversions and implementations related to payroll and time and attendance.
  • Serves as client representative with various state agencies including setting up of new states and local tax jurisdictions as needed.
  • Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and works with HR Consultant and/or HR Generalist to recommend corrective action.
  • Performs benefits administration to include enrollments, terminations, and open enrollment.
  • Serves as the primary or secondary resource for client’s employees relating to payroll and benefits questions.
  • Administration of COBRA, ADA, FMLA, Unemployment, and Workers Compensation with guidance from HR Consultant and/or HR Generalist.
  • Support the coordination of all recruiting activities including sourcing, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, supporting candidates through the interview and initial onboarding process, acting as a candidate liaison throughout the recruiting process.
  • Manages documentation with the process for onboarding all new employees.
  • Assist HR Consultants with HR initiatives, including but not limited to: HR audits, employee communications, policy implementation.
  • Maintain strong business relationships and provide excellent customer service to employees across multiple clients.
  • Assists in creation and maintenance of job descriptions.
  • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Assists or prepares correspondences.
  • Oversees and assists with the administration of employee recognition programs.
  • Processes e-Verify and maintains I-9 records in accordance to the Department of Homeland Security regulations.
  • Responsible for maintenance of LMS system for standalone LMS clients.
  • Responsible for Summary Plan Description (SPD) program.
  • Other projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least one year of HR experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Works independently and with team on nonrecurring and ongoing projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal, corporate and financial information

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50,000 to $55,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
