How You Can Make a Difference

With general direction from the FinOps leadership the Operations Specialist I will support multiple intake channels reviewing case work around reimbursement and account balance research. Duties are back office related (a blend between book-keeping and account receivables at an entry-level).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support multiple intake channels reviewing case work around reimbursement and account balance research.
  • Duties are back office related (a blend between book-keeping and account receivables at an entry-level).
  • Basic tasks will include system research to match member account history against other payment history hubs for data validation.
  • Updating cases as need to provide next steps as well as escalate to leadership or subject matter experts on unique circumstances
  • Additional Tasks may include reaching out to peer shareholders in departments such as Treasury, Client Services and Finance for internal support.
  • Role will also tackle report creation, validation and communication related to end of month.
  • Assists with special tasks and projects as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft office applications.
  • Strong data entry as well as understanding of credits and debits.
  • Self-Starter / Go-Getter. Solid communication and team oriented. Cross-functionality experience in supporting multiple responsibilities at one time.
  • Experience in the areas of banking such as direct deposits and check disbursement. Familiarity with Consumer Directed Benefits.
  • Capable with working with multiple shareholders across 5 departments and working for multiple leaders.
  • Potential to grow into workflow leader and cross-train others.
  • Has worked with Salesforce (or case management dashboard). Accustomed to navigating through Shared Drive locations to retrieve documents.
