The Opportunity:

The System Operations Specialist is an integral part of our growing and maturing organization. This person will be managing the day-to-day operations of our data governance initiative. In this cross-functional role, the person will help level up our data hygiene, improve system functionality, aid in documentation, and ensure processes make sense for our success.

Key Responsibilities & A Day In The Life

  • Administer our data hygiene tool; training provided.
  • Cross-functionally ensure key reporting metrics are being captured.
  • Monitor SysOps ticketing system for high priority tickets.
  • Solve high priority tickets for finance and support.
  • Serve as a thought leader on our Data Governance SteerCo
  • Conduct data enrichment for Revenue teams.
  • Team with leadership to build scalable processes for product creation, offboarding of customers, and more.

  • Ability to research within multiple tools.
  • Self-starter looking to learn more about business operations and systems

Role Progression

Within 1 month you will:

  • Complete our New Hire Orientation (NHO) program
  • Meet team members and review goals, initiatives, and specific objectives.
  • Have completed basic training of DupeBlocker and successfully merged accounts in Salesforce & NetSuite
  • Begin collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and CS Operations teams

Within 3 months you will:

  • Be well-versed in how to coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to operational success and data cleanliness
  • Effectively manage the day-to-day de-duping scenarios and recommend new ones
  • Ensure data dictionary is up to date
  • Be able to solve :50% of all systems support tickets

Within 6 months you will:

  • Participate in our bi-annual performance review process
  • Lead the operational cadence for Data Governance
  • Develop monthly and quarterly business reporting of data improvement
