Apply

As a Growth Product Manager, you will work to build awareness and cross-sell Hagerty’s diverse range of products and services to people who attend the 8,000+ events managed by MotorsportReg.com and Hagerty-owned events such as The Amelia, Greenwich Concours, and California Mille. We are looking for a builder who can validate our monetization hypothesis using a product-led motion of creating loops, integrations, and journeys that drive sales in context. If we get traction with product-led conversion and expansion, you’ll evaluate optimizations. If we fail, you’ll explore alternative ways of driving expansion revenue.

You’ll be leading a new dedicated growth product team, supported by the existing platform team and subject matter experts, and reporting to a 2x founder and product management executive.

This is an opportunity for a metrics-minded product manager to have ownership over:

  • Growing “pirate” funnel metrics focusing on B2C conversion/monetization
  • Expanding ARPU from adjacent (non-event) Hagerty products and services
  • Increasing Hagerty Drivers Club membership
  • Reducing CAC, churn

This is a high-profile role inside Hagerty, running cross-enterprise experiments with other teams and shepherding the execution. This creates much larger visibility and accountability for impact.

Ready to get in the driver’s seat? Join us!

What You’ll Do

  • Define business case, roadmap and design of experiments that drive adjacent expansion revenue
  • Define what success looks like, establish metrics, measure, and report results to guide future actions
  • Write, whiteboard and wireframe artifacts that communicate the work being shaped
  • Groom and prioritize a backlog for your engineering team, in partnership with an engineering manager, and write high-fidelity acceptance criteria
  • Liaise between sales, support, marketing, ops, management, and engineering
  • Collaborate across teams and business units, using data and influence to align roadmaps and secure required dependencies and integrations
  • Support the overall Hagerty automotive lifestyle business strategy

This might describe you

  • Experience executing at all levels of “crawl, walk, run” and find ways to move metrics regardless of constraints
  • Strong background as a Product Manager working with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking
  • A track record of shipping experiments that grow company acquisition, revenue, or conversion
  • Passion for working with various teams and stakeholders to achieve a common goal
  • Is willing to say no, to throw away failed experiments, and to sunset unloved features
  • Think, plan, and work in terms of outcomes as measured by our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Clear, concise writing in the spirit of William Zinsser
  • If you are excited about the role, even if all these skills don't match your experience, you are encouraged to apply!
  • Familiarity of public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
