Opportunity

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with senior product managers and other cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and management of Twin mobile app, the primary interface for our members. Your primary goal is to enhance the Twin app into a user-centric, highly intuitive platform. This role is ideal for individuals who embrace a growth mindset, have a customer-centric approach to prioritize, and optimize the mobile user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with other Product managers to help lead the development of the Twin mobile app, ensuring it becomes a 5-star user experience.
  • Represent the voice of customers in collaborating with marketing and research teams to understand their pain points, inform stakeholders, and act to realize a positive user experience
  • Extract insights from data, by defining success metrics, gauging performance, and prioritizing initiatives to realize the intended outcomes
  • Lead discussions to ensure every discussion results in some tangible outcome.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle: from drafting specifications and creating mockups to gathering user feedback, guiding feature development, app store releases, and conducting A/B testing.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience in a consumer tech company
  • Self starter with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence across various functions
  • Empathic customer and member centric mindset
  • Data steward and ability to draw conclusions based on data
  • Experience in experimentation, prototyping, and validation of hypotheses is a plus
  • Prior health tech experience is a plus

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 annually.
