Our Global HR Operations and Technology team is looking for an extraordinary candidate to join our team providing Workday HR transactional support and HR subject-matter expertise to our internal associates. In this role, you will 1) be the first point of contact for HR business partners in support of their Workday inquiries, 2) maintain data integrity of MillerKnoll HR data and 3) lead with the associate experience . The ideal candidate will develop a strong collaboration and trusted relationship with our HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) and Associates to support them in transactional processing, Workday navigation and continuous improvement to HR end-to-end associate lifecycle.
