Our Client Technology team is looking for a entry level Product Specialist to help administer our Workfront platform. This person will work within our enterprise Workfront team and be responsible for configuration, implementation, and support of the Workfront platform. This position will report to our Workfront Product Specialist Lead. The candidate should be experienced in working with software applications, and eager to learn. The individual should have strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams and team members.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Configuring Workfront System Setting
• Configuring Workfront Project Workflows
• Configuring Workfront Proofing Workflows
• Assisting with Workfront Training and Implementation
• Assisting with Team process, and workflow analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Technology / Business Analyst role
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for technology and business workflows
