Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Partner with the Talent Partners, HR and Hiring Managers to understand the business’ repeatable talent needs
• Collaborate to build effective sourcing strategies, using innovative ideas to engage top talent, increase their interest level, and convert them into candidates
• Actively source candidates utilizing professional networks, diversity outlets, social media and other relevant resources
• Strong knowledge using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques including but not limited to Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Screen resumes and pre-screen candidates to ensure they fit to the open position
• Maintain pipelines of passive and moderately active talent and find creative ways to engage with them to gradually increase their interest
• Explore and find the latest technologies and methodologies to make finding talent easier and more efficient
• Map out the market and provide reports on talent, pipeline
• Maintain data integrity of the recruiting reports and applicant tracking system (Workday)
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing on all transactional activities
• Participate in and if need be, lead projects that support the expansion of Talent Acquisition
• Identify opportunities for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) of Talent Administration services and lead each CPI initiative
• Engage and educate the Talent Acquisition colleagues about various sourcing tools and techniques

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent). 1-2 years of sourcing/recruitment at various levels experience is required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.
• Must possess a strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and external vendors via multiple sources such as telephone, email, video, etc.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and meaningful insights.
• Quickly learn systems, processes and procedures.
• Must be able to work under aggressive timelines and fast paced environment.
• Flexible & adaptable to change.
• This role has flexibility to be remote within the US – Eastern/Central Standard Time preferred.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $87,000.
