We are looking for a Product Manager to help us take Lucid products to the next level. Lucidchart, our flagship intelligent diagramming product, brought us to a $1B+ valuation. Now with our recent move to a suite of products, we are looking to continue to grow and need the right Product Manager to help. In the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite we are looking to drive engagement in current products like Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale as well as some new and emerging products that we are preparing for release. In this role you would be working on one of the Lucid Suite products - helping us to define the vision and strategy of one of these products in the Suite, testing innovative solutions with our users, and ultimately having a big impact on both our customers and our business. Responsibilities

  • Develop deep customer empathy and represent the customer to your team
  • Own product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience in our product
  • Work with engineers to help guide feature development
  • Employ rapid prototyping and learning techniques, such as AB/multivariate testing
  • Deliver on key business outcomes measured by top level business metrics
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other Product teams

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of product management experience
  • Ability to use data and statistics to inform decisions
  • Understand how to create simple and intuitive user experiences
  • Excellent working relationship with engineering
  • Ability to talk with anyone from engineers to enterprise sales reps, solution engineers, executive-level customers, internal stakeholders, and end users, each in their own language
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with rapid prototyping and learning techniques, including AB/multivariate testing
  • Demonstrated success moving user activity and engagement metrics
  • Strong understanding of digital products and productivity workflow
