Computershare has a brand-new opportunity available to join our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. This opportunity can be fully remote across US or Canada (Vancouver, Calgary, Nova Scotia or Toronto).

Our Global TA team supports our various business units with all their recruitment needs, from initial strategy planning, right through to offering and onboarding the talent that we need. As a team, we are going through a huge period of change, implementing global ways of working, looking at continuous improvement, and building out our future model for the team.

A role you will love

As a TA Sourcer, you will be working alongside our amazing Talent Acquisition Partners with a focus on building ongoing talent pipelines across a range of specialist roles.

You will lead the implementation of proactive sourcing strategies that facilitate global talent pipelines across a range of Technology, Professional, Senior and Executive roles. You will develop strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse pools of passive candidates and convert these into active candidates within our Application Tracking System.

You will have the opportunity to support recruitment campaigns and individual positions, working with the Talent Acquisition Partners and key business stakeholders to gain a solid understanding of the skills that they are looking for, deciding on innovative ideas to source these candidates, and ensuring that they are a great fit for the organization.

Your understanding of the market is where you will shine! You will use quality analysis of the market to adjust your strategies, whilst influencing investment into media postings and other solutions to help you source the talent that we’re looking for.

Other Key Responsibilities Include

  • Generating, analyzing, and communicating standard recruiting reports that focus on effective roll-out of programs
  • Project manage various key initiatives within the organization as required
  • Benchmark and evaluate options to continue to bring best in class practices to Computershare, especially as it relates to positive a candidate experience

What will you bring to the role?

We’re looking for somebody with an innovative mind who has a real passion for candidate sourcing and candidate experience! You will be somebody who enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment, but who can also work autonomously and lead campaigns.

You will have great attention to detail with the ability to understand complex roles, make this into engaging content, and source the top talent.

Communication is of course key in this role – you’ll be able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels, with the ability to influence others to your way of thinking, whilst working closely with your team to keep up to date with changes to the market and bring your ideas to the table.

Other Skills And Experience

  • Extensive experience within a recruitment position; Partner or Sourcing
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing candidates and networking, with the ability to identify talent and successfully attract them to new opportunities
  • Knowledge of ATS systems; Taleo knowledge is desirable
  • Extensive experience sourcing passive candidates through networking, relationship building, complex internet searches and research
  • Proven experience communicating an employer value proposition and converting passive prospects into active candidates and hires

Compensation. $43,000 - $68,000/yearly
