As a Digital Product Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within our organization, particularly in collaboration with the Customer Experience and Product teams. We are looking for candidates ready to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of data-driven insights to drive digital product performance including the design for and collection of web and digital product data, KPI reporting, and statistical analysis. You’ll accomplish these objectives by collaborating with digital product management, engineering, and other analyst teams to deliver on the roadmap. This role is a mix of hands-on, technical leadership, and matrixed team coordination with potential for people leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with product, platform and data engineers to ensure accurate and reliable data collection from various sources, including websites and digital products.
  • Oversee the implementation of tracking codes and tags, emphasizing cookie less data collection strategies to enhance data accuracy.
  • Establish a holistic view of customer data by integrating data from different backend systems.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover actionable insights and trends in user behavior within digital products and websites.
  • Develop and communicate data-driven recommendations to optimize user experiences, conversion rates, and overall product performance.
  • Use data storytelling techniques to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Define and maintain an effective tagging strategy to ensure proper data tracking and organization.
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement and validate tracking codes for events, interactions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Adobe, Tableau).
  • Empower stakeholders, including digital product managers and marketing teams, to self-serve and access data insights.
  • Work closely with product managers to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with product objectives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to drive product strategy and enhancements.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives, analyzing results and offering insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with data privacy and security specialists to maintain data privacy standards.

This might describe you

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science).
  • Demonstrable experience in digital product analytics, web analytics, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of digital product development and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Knowledge of data tracking and tagging strategies, including cookieless data collection methods.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Experience with automotive or insurance industry analytics is a plus.

  • This position can be worked as remote position within the United States.
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
