The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Product Manager with 1-3 years of Product Manager experience in a B2B SaaS environment to join our dynamic team at TrustArc. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts of the product life cycle which includes understanding needs of the customer, feature request intake, backlog grooming, release to production.. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality and customer-centric privacy management products.

You are expected to have an understanding of product management methodologies and have an incredible amount of diligence and follow-through. In addition we prize curiosity and learning, both demonstrated over your career. We have a lot of privacy experts, so privacy management experience is not required.

What You Will Do

• Run a diligent feature intake process to ensure we have a good pipeline of customer and stakeholder needs that are managed well.
• Conduct analysis on inbound requests and ensure status is communicated across all stakeholders in a request lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure requirements are understood and thought through before acted upon. Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Work closely with the engineering team throughout the development lifecycle, providing guidance and clarification.
• Drive communication to customers, internal stakeholders, and other cross functional teams during the release phase of the request lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
• Act as a product evangelist, conducting demos, training sessions, and presentations to internal teams, customers, and partners.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) is required. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) working as a Product Manager, in a B2B SaaS environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent writing skills to convey thoughts clearly and unambiguously to all relevant stakeholders.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy frameworks if a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
