About The Role?
Atmosfy is seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist to join our innovative remote team. Offering a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000, this position provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our dynamic workforce. Responsibilities
- What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations and company objectives.
- Conduct interviews, recruit, and onboard new employees to meet staffing needs and contribute to company culture.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR-related issues.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing to support employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth within the company.
