As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be a driving force behind Marigold's overall growth as you fill our Sales team’s pipeline with qualified sales leads. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech company where career growth opportunities exist for those that are hungry and motivated.
In This Role You Will
- Facilitate conversations with prospects who have shown an interest in one or more of our marketing technologies.
- Responsible prospecting, setting meetings, and generating qualified pipeline for the sales teams
- Effectively collaborate across departments and direct current customers to the proper channels and resources.
- Perform consultative calls to identify our prospect's needs, position CM Group’s product offering, and connect them with the product that best aligns with their email marketing needs and requirements.
- Effectively communicate how CM brands are positioned in the market, and communicate core features, functionality, and benefits.
- Assist in the consultative sales process by scheduling meetings, typically a demo call, with our Sales teams.
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage your pipeline and maintain accurate information about prospects and leads.
What We're Looking For

- Interest in building a career in technology sales and customer service.
- Proven track record of owning your goals and consistently surpassing them
- Self-motivation and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, sales environment with minimal supervision.
- Time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail

- Adaptable and open to change
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce
- Strong understanding of marketing software and technology
- Previous experience in customer facing roles
