Role Summary

This position serves as benefits point of contact for all assigned clients, with the primary function of administering day-to-day operations of all employee benefits while delivering excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate is analytical and methodical, with PEO or Shared Services experience, a deep knowledge of employee benefits and a passion for helping others. We also value integrity, team spirit, and strong organizational skills.

Your Responsibilities

Retirement Plan Design, Administration and Compliance

  • Research, problem-solve, and resolve issues
  • Maintain and correct employee benefits data in HRIS
  • Facilitate monthly Client audits Update 401k deferral and loan deductions in HRIS
  • Process Qualified Life Events
  • Employee benefit education and enrollment assistance
  • Provide monthly client sponsored reports
  • Draft and review communication tools
  • Ensure plans and operations are compliant with rules (including ERISA, IRS, HR laws, etc.) and manage risk
  • Assist with open enrollment process
  • Completes benefits audits

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

  • Follow client and internal issues escalation protocols and expectations
  • Other duties as assigned

This Role is a Good Fit if You

  • Have an associate’s or bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field | Required
  • Come with 2+ years HR/Benefits Compliance experience
  • Have prior experience administering benefits via an HRIS
  • Have PEO or HR Shared Service experience | Preferred
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Are customer-service focused - we are in the business of caring for people who care for people
  • Are extremely organized, detail oriented and analytical
  • Are an excellent communicator and problem-solver
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
