Mitratech is a proven global technology partner for corporate legal and compliance teams. Our approach to work is proactive, collaborative, and committed. The professionals who are thriving at Mitratech are people like you who know how to balance individual excellence with teamwork. We believe our employees’ enthusiasm fuels great work, so we pursue individuals with a passion for building an environment of ownership, transparency, continuous improvement as well as a dedication to driving the best possible experience for our clients. In other words, if you like people and technology, you'll fit right in.

Mitratech is looking for a Product Manager to join the team and focus on the growth and evolution of our Circa solutions. You will work within a team that is charged with products’ contribution to our business, managing and building new products and increasing the profitability of existing products. In addition, you will help develop new ideas based on your contact with customers and prospects.

About You

You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills, adept at managing relationships, collaborating, and influencing across a variety of organizational functions. You can make decisions with imperfect information, know how to lead without authority, and are comfortable managing through chaos, ambiguity, and complexity. You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes translating a big-picture vision and having the drive to make that vision a reality through actionable tasks. You also enjoy diving deep into the industry to understand key challenges and finding innovative solutions for the broader market.

You have a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. You also have at least 1+ years of direct experience as a Product Manager. You potentially also have experience or familiarity in HR tech.

About The Position

As a Product Manager, you’ll use your industry and product knowledge to provide smart, operationally sound recommendations, working to uncover inefficiencies and improve client results. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with client Account Managers, Marketing, Sales, Software Engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive product roadmap prioritization and overall go-to-market strategy. You’ll also support new product positioning and launches, engage with customers to uncover needs, and champion our products to a wide audience.

Our Product Management Team:

  • The Product Management team drives Circa’s success for its clients. Our Product Managers, UX/R Specialists and Strategists, and Learning Specialists collaborate extensively to understand key product opportunities, gaps, client needs and ways to positively impact efficacy
  • We leverage data to guide decisions for product strategy and help us identify new products to buy, build, or partner for revenue growth
  • Our tools and methodologies include Appcast, Azure DevOps, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Survey Monkey, Conjointly, Heap and Appcues
  • We’re currently working on products that fulfil needs and gaps in our SaaS-based Employer and Job Seeker, OFCCP, and Diversity portfolios, including affirmative action plans, pay equity, diversity training and planning, and outreach management

Day in the Life

Most days will involve:

  • Acting as the “messenger of the market” from the outside-in to inform and evangelize products to the rest of the organization
  • Analyzing & selecting various products, market segments and collaborating with managers and leaders on which to pursue
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Sales, Account Management and Development to create positioning for your products, and supporting new product launches

Weekly activities may include:

  • Creating user stories for current and future products based on market challenges
  • Managing the product line life cycle from sunsetting legacy products, to prototyping and testing new features or products and driving innovative or disruptive ideas in the industry
  • Conducting lost opportunity analysis and client interviews to drive product recommendations
  • Maintaining proactive visibility on client results, ensuring fiscal accountability, and optimizing performance goals
  • Defining and prioritizing product features, and coordinating schedules with internal software development and engineering teams to ensure achievement of roadmap targets and timelines

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Developing buy-build-partner analysis, and where necessary, review potential partner relationships for the product
  • Knowing why we win or lose in the market, and steer changes to our product and processes to create improvement
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of our competition and developing strategies and tactics to reduce the threat
  • Collaborating on product roadmap strategies and opportunities
  • Launching new products and developing proposals that make compelling cases for continued investment into our products

We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status.
