How will you make a difference to PMI?

The Brand Specialist for the PMI Masterbrand will support the Brand Management team to execute brand campaigns and initiatives that elevate the perception of our brand. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives, and providing support to cross-functional teams. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and agency partners.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Establish, update, and maintain project management boards (e.g., Monday.com) to track campaign progress and timelines.
  • Set and manage project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of campaigns and activities, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Ensure that creative teams and agency partners have all necessary information and assets to develop and deliver campaigns based on creative briefs.
  • Maintain a central repository of brand assets, guidelines, and resources for easy access.
  • Work closely with the growth marketing team to fully brief them on campaigns and provide all required assets and information for successful campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align brand strategies with broader business goals.
  • Ensure that all campaign deliverables meet the brand's high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness and impact of campaigns.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the success and effectiveness of brand campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management or a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of brand development and marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with creative processes and agency relationships is a plus.
