Job Description

This role provides the opportunity to support segment strategic initiatives, identify and implement process improvements and standard work for segment HR processes. This role will support building and ensuring efficient and consistent employee experience and delivering operational excellence and simplification through an HR shared service support model.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and deployment of the HR shared service support model and strategy in partnership with HR Leaders, HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders.
  • Support the transition plan for segment HR shared service support model to manage transactional responsibilities currently held by HRBPs and COE.
  • Partners with HRBPs / COE for centralized HR shared service support model to provide back-end support for employees, including but not limited to HR-related questions on benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, policies and procedures.
  • Leverage dashboards for reporting and partner on opportunities for automation.
  • Establish effective communication and adhere to training materials, consistent and accurate in accordance with HR policies and practices.
  • Proactively provide suggestions to improve existing processes and ideas for new initiatives that would add value to our internal customers.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area
  • GPA of 3.0 or greater

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Takes initiative, fosters innovation, drives for results, communicates effectively, builds relationships at all levels
  • Possess analytical skills, including strong communication skills and the ability to extrapolate information from data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and consciousness in managing confidential information.
  • SharePoint experience is preferred.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $46K - $86K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
