As a Customer Success Specialist, you will help manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for external or internal questions or needs pertaining to business operations. You also will produce writing materials such as blog posts, email marketing content, social posts, and more. This role actively utilizes creative writing and customer service capacities. You will answer questions and provide clarifying explanations to items brought up by internal or external clients. Also, you will provide editorial support to various departments throughout AlphaBrook. This role may support email correspondence with AlphaBrook clients in areas involving invoicing, contract detailing, and other technical questions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling verbal customer success functions such as, resolving potential concerns, educating clients on our solution, and marketing product features and capabilities.
  • Producing creative writing material under the direction of the marketing team
  • Editing various documents, posts, or press releases for internal and external audiences
  • Drafting written communications to employees, customers, and partners
  • Keeping executive team up to date on feedback received from our clients
  • Taking on occasional clerical duties as assigned by the executive team

Minimum Position Requirements:

  • Must have received a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year Institution
  • Must be comfortable handling email correspondence with high ranking business personnel
  • Must have exceptional writing skills
  • Must have adept interpersonal communication skills and be able to eloquently relay information to clients
  • Must be able to type at least 50wpm
  • Because of the synchronous nature of our work, we require that employees’ remote working locations be in the Central or Eastern standard time zones.
