How You’ll Make a Difference
You will be responsible for developing the content needed for various organization initiatives and needs. Transforming ideas and creating content across a variety of channels and media
Job Responsibilities
- Work with the Content Manager and wider content team to create content with the PMI voice, targeted to PMI’s identified customer segments across a variety of channels and media.
- Work with the content team and internal subject matter experts to develop and execute new content ideas that target audience needs.
- Focus on proactive storytelling across digital platforms.
- Provide support for fellow content team members as needed including proofing materials, attending meetings, posting content on digital channels, and producing analytics reports.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure alignment on messaging and content approach.
- Working cross-functionally, create content project plans and assure deadlines for content availability are met.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners and communicate regularly with all partners regarding content needs.
- Initiate, develop, and direct implementation of content via direct mail, collateral, video, web content, and other channels.
- Post content, evaluate content performance, and make tweaks as needed.
- Ensure that all deliverables comply with PMI brand standards and graphic identity guidelines.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Journalism, English or another related field.
- Highly developed organization, planning, and management skills with ability to think and plan ahead.
- Knowledge of and preferably demonstrated experience in project management.
- Knowledge of content development and technical media delivery channels.
- Experience designing and implementing conferences and/or live learning events for large audiences.
