Enveda is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team!

As a member of the Administration team, you will report to our Chief of Staff.

You get to collaborate on:

• Performs administrative tasks including drafting letters, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
• Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
• Accurately recording minutes from meetings and sharing recording with internal staff
• Making travel arrangements for executives.
• Provide general administrative support.

• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and new software systems
• Willing to adapt to changes and is team-oriented
• Trustworthy or someone who can maintain confidential information related to the company and its employees
• Experience as a virtual assistant to Executive staff
