Position Overview

The Integration Support Specialist will support the communication process and support needs of their assigned Integration teams, answer straight forward integration support questions/requests, as well as receive, prioritize, and document incoming requests for support.

Location: Remote

Reports to: Lead Support

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain team inboxes, via out Outlook and Salesforce.
  • Answer straightforward Integration support questions.
  • Configure and test straightforward file transfers.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to perform technical and non-technical support for high-volume Integration support.
  • Perform relationship support to prioritize and set timing expectations for Customer and/or Partner/Carrier Integration projects.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Basic project management skills
  • Work overtime as needed, especially during high volume periods

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Solid understanding of Excel preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • HR & Payroll experience preferred
  • Integration experience, along with knowledge of API and SFTP data exchanges preferred

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $33,280 - $48,213/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a comprehensive variable compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
