Position Overview

The Level I Program Analyst is responsible for managing, consulting, and supporting our internal client base on any Go-To-Market technologies. This position's primary focus is to provide real-time support to the sales organization via Help Desk. Acting as the front-line defense of Internal Support Tickets (ISTs) and escalations, when necessary. Additionally, position will support project work, system testing, and do simplistic configurations, imports, and data setups in our applications. The Program Analyst must be able to work independently as well as with cross-functional team members. This individual will collaborate with other team members to facilitate solutions that meet business requirements. The Program Analyst will also maintain excellent communication with all levels of employees within the organization to ensure smooth operation of the tools.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support (how to, troubleshooting) to account executives that enable them to manage their opportunities and accounts and produce timely quotes.
  • Daily administration and support of GTM tools, as applicable to system
  • Track/monitor open request, and perform consistent follow-up to resolution using adequate time management skills
  • Implement appropriate methodology processes to enhance the value and usability of the tool
  • Ability to communicate independently with stakeholders and development teams on system issues, new initiatives, and program updates
  • Identify inefficiencies and explore opportunities for automation or system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, application configuration, and training materials for users
  • Stay current on new features and functionality, gain user feedback, and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

  • Proficient with Salesforce.com, including standard sales cloud objects, CPQ, and Quote Configuration.
  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 1-2 years of system implementation or relevant support experience
  • Knowledge of the tools and technologies deployed in operations and their abilities to enhance an organization
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS office

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $62,977-$70,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
