Salary: $50,000-$70,000/yr
Job Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly and special payrolls and data inputs according to country schedule and checklists
- Validating the time cards for hourly employees updated on ADP and seeking approvals from Operations Team Leads
- Accounting activities: preparation of payroll payments through ADP and processing other payroll related payments as instructed by management, preparing payroll journal entries on Accounting ERP and accruing payroll and payroll related costs at the month end
- Calculate and issuance of final pay
- Work directly with HR and Finance related to payroll issues
- Managing the Payroll services mailbox. Includes responding to employee inquires, business/cross functional partner inquiries and tax notices from States or Department of Labor etc.
- Year end uploads and reconciliations processes
- Carries-out basic day-to-day vendor/service providers interactions
- Work with Accounting team for Month, Quarter and Year End Closing activities.
- Involve in Annual Audit process – provide relevant Audit support and schedules to Auditors as requested.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Accounting, Business Administration or any trade equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in US Payroll
- Prior BPO experience a plus
- Knowledge of ADP Payroll processing is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft and Google office
- Experience with Sage Intact or similar Accounting ERP recommended
- Good comprehension and communication skills, creative problem solving and strong business acumen with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
