VitalSource®, is hiring an Customer Operations Specialist to contribute to our Customer Operations team located remotely.
This organizational role will report to our Director of Operations, and will have responsibilities across a dynamic system designed to support and troubleshoot inventory issues, source and setup new products across a spectrum of formats and methods, place orders for said inventory and assist the team as needed. As an ambitious but lean business, candidates must be able to serve a number of support roles focused on improving client and customer experience ordering materials; however primary responsibilities will include ordering, troubleshooting inventory issues, product setup, and working to add efficiencies to our systems over time.
