Summary: The role of a HR Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in the process of integrating new employees into the organization. They are responsible for coordinating and executing the onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and fostering the employee experience.

What you’ll do as our HR Compliance Specialist:

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, and seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to gather necessary onboarding documents and information.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up to date I-9 records for all employees
  • Conduct regular audits of I-9 records to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on I-9 completion and compliance.
  • Create audits and maintain organized and secure employee data for cross function data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Monitor and audit new hire background checks, manage vendor, and issue and process FCRA notices when required.
