Neat is now hiring a Staff Accountant to be based remotely in the USA. Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Managing billing department
- Overseeing vendor claims and rebates
- Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analytical reviews of P/L accounts
- Assisting Finance department with administrative tasks
Skills / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in Accounting/bookkeeping
- Proactively contributes to creating a team atmosphere that is professional, flexible and enjoyable
- Not afraid to communicate and collaborate cross functionally with other departments
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus
- Experience with NetSuite a Plus
