Job Description
We’re looking for a Premier Support Tech to join Procore’s Premier Support team. In this role, you’ll assist Procore’s Enterprise Premier Accounts by triaging their highest-impact issues and concerns. You will report back trends and work together with the client’s Procore Committee to create actionables that will assist in adoption, and remove obstacles to a successful renewal.
As a Premier Support Tech, you’ll partner with our Enterprise Account Teams and Support to ensure positive technical outcomes and resolve issues that are organization and account-impacting. You will use your Technical Experience, Emotional Intelligence, and diligence to solve big-picture, high-visibility issues for our Enterprise clients. This position reports into Premier Support Manager and will be based in Austin TX, Willmar MN, and Carpinteria, CA. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Base Pay Range $21-$29. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
